What is this?
This is a site dedicated to spreading awareness and sharing information about cannabis cocktails & hemp CBD drinks. One of our main goals is to provide you with information on credible and high-quality products, and to help you distinguish them from the countless inferior CBD products out there. The other main goal is to learn! All of us! To learn about new mixers, new recipes, and new types of hemp infusions. Because this isn’t just a trend or a fad. Cannabis drinks and CBD beverages aren’t going anywhere. They’re here to stay…so we might as well strap in and enjoy the ride!

Who are you?
We are the Cannabis Cocktail Collective. We’re a small group of current and former bartenders, mixologists, master chefs, and cannabis connoisseurs located in Boulder, CO. Since the legalization of CBD in food and beverages in Colorado in 2018 (the first state to do so!), we’ve all been using CBD infusions in our recipes and on our menus. And to be honest, we thought we had a bit of a monopoly on that, but then we started to see hemp drinks and cbd-infused cocktail mixers on the shelves at liquor stores and other places, so we thought the responsible thing to do was to help you, the consumer, weed out the “snake oil” from the actual good stuff.
Why I am here?
Because you want to learn more about cannabis cocktails and mixers that are infused with CBD and other cannabinoids. Maybe you’ve heard rumors that CBD can help prevent or cure hangovers. Maybe you’re looking for an innovative new cocktail recipe for your bar. Maybe you’re a marijuana advocate. Maybe you’re just curious. No matter why you’re here, the fact is that you’re here now and we hope you find this site useful.

There, now that we’ve got that out of the way we can get to the fun stuff…hemp CBD-infused cocktail mixers!
This has been our passion in recent years. As you may or may not know, hemp CBD is not currently legal in food and beverages in every state. In fact, at the time this was written it’s only legal in a handful of states who have passed legislation independent of the FDA (including Colorado, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, and Oregon). So if you live in one of these states, you might have already seen a few CBD-infused cocktail mixers on the shelves at your local liquor store. It started as a trickle here in Colorado, but now there are a bunch of new products popping up, some better than others. Which is exactly why we started this site…to separate the good from the bad.
Disclaimer: Please bear in mind that this is a website run by relative amateurs, so you shouldn’t set your expectations too high (haha). We plan to update the site as often as possible and add info about new cannabis cocktails and CBD drinks as they become available. First though, they have to survive the test and get past the relentless taste buds of our experienced team! That’s the hard part, because we’re the first to admit we’re all a bit snobby when it comes to this sort of thing.
We’re also not going to rate or review any hemp drinks or CBD-infused beverages that aren’t made specifically for cocktails. There are WAY too many sodas and seltzers and teas and kombuchas out there, so we’re going to focus on what we love…cannabis cocktails and CBD mixers!
